Payment

Order must be placed 3 days in advance, and pay within 48 hours.


Minimun spending for each order is HK$1,500. Any fees paid are non-refundable.

Order Changes / Cancellation

Change Orders

Each order can only be changed once (including food items, delivery date & time, delivery location, etc.) Please inform us 48 hours before the original delivery time and complete the payment accordingly. Food Channels reserves the right to decide whether or not to accept the changes. 


Cancel Orders

Any fees paid is non-refundable.

48 hours notice of change is required.

Adverse Weather

If the delivery service is expected to encounter adverse weather (Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal), you could contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule the delivery or proceed it with the planned schedule. Once confirmed, order will be proceeded, and it is non- cancellable or non-refundable. 


If Observatory announced Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal during the planned delivery time, all delivery service will be cancelled. The order will be rescheduled and can be delivered within 60 days. However, if some items are unavailable, you can choose alternative product on our website. All orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.


Catering delivery service will resume normal 2 hours after the cancellation of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal. For customers who have chosen to proceed with the delivery as planned on the previous day, we will deliver according to the original schedule. The above arrangements are subject to change based on the actual circumstances. Temperature Control

We are using double-layered meal box to keep our food warm. The food will be in a good temperature when it arrived. If you want to reheat the food, our meal box can be reheat directly on flame / oven / microwave / ceramic cooker. 

To maintain the food temperature, orders will be delivered straight from our kitchen to your place. 

Do we need to registered before we place an order?

Please register as a member of Food Channels Delivery before you order. Only simple information includes name, phone number and email are needed.
